The County Council and other agencies are helping to spread the message that water companies have seen exceptional demand for water, and with the hot weather set to continue, they expect demand to stay high. With that in mind, the County Council is asking staff, residents, businesses and other local councils to prioritise their water use and to use the supplies available for essential activities only.
